QiMealTerms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the QiMeal mobile application ("App") or any related website, services, or content (collectively, "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
QiMeal provides an AI-powered platform for meal planning, recipe discovery, ingredient recognition, and personalized food recommendations. The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered dietary, medical, or nutritional advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using QiMeal, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
4. User Accounts
Some features require creating a QiMeal account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.
QiMeal reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
5. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
- Attempt to interfere with or reverse-engineer the App;
- Upload malicious code or automated scripts;
- Misuse the Service in a way that could damage QiMeal or other users.
QiMeal may update or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, graphics, recipes, data, and software used within the Service are the property of QiMeal sp. z o.o. or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. AI and Data Processing
The Service uses artificial-intelligence models to generate recipe suggestions and analyze user-provided images or text. By using these features, you consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. QiMeal does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
8. Health Disclaimer
QiMeal does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified health professional before making dietary changes. QiMeal is not responsible for allergic reactions or outcomes resulting from recipe suggestions or ingredient recognition.
9. Subscriptions and Payments
If you purchase a premium plan or subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, payments are processed by those platforms under their own terms. QiMeal does not store or process payment information directly. Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. QiMeal may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QiMeal sp. z o.o. and its affiliates shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; data loss, system failures, or inaccuracies of AI recommendations. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QiMeal sp. z o.o. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using QiMeal, you acknowledge and agree to that policy.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland.
15. Changes to Terms
QiMeal may modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://qimeal.com/terms. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
