Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your QiMeal account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the QiMeal app on your device.
2. Go to the More tab (bottom navigation).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm and tap the confirmation button.

Delete via email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to: [email protected]

Please use the subject line: Account Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your account.

What happens after deletion

• Your account and all personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
• This includes your profile, meal plans, recipes, preferences, and usage history.
• Any active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via the App Store or Google Play.
• This action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account or data after deletion.
